Tezzro is a technology-driven company specializing in autonomous retail solutions, AI-powered automation, and business process optimization. We are looking for a highly skilled Odoo Expert to join our team and customize Odoo to fit our unique business needs.
Responsibilities
- Customize, configure, and optimize Odoo ERP to align with business processes.
- Develop new modules and features in Odoo (Python, XML, JavaScript, PostgreSQL).
- Work closely with business teams to analyze requirements and improve workflows.
- Ensure seamless integration of Odoo with third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Odoo modules for performance.
- Provide support, documentation, and training for end users.
Requirements
ā
5+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo (real projects).
ā
Deep understanding of Odoo business workflows (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
ā
Strong Python development skills for Odoo customization.
ā
Experience in Odoo API integrations and module development.
ā
Ability to design and implement custom modules from scratch.
ā
Experience with PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb reports.
ā
Fluent in Turkish and English (both written and spoken).
ā
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Nice to Have
- Experience in retail or e-commerce ERP solutions.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or DevOps tools.
- Previous experience in Retail systems.
